The anointing of the Holy Spirit means co-operation with Him. You have to learn a life style of humble obedience because Holy Spirit never forces anything upon His people. He invites you and speaks to you and you will follow freely His call. Therefore, you have to get rid of rebellion and disobedience in your soul. Receiving a water baptism is a necessary proof of your willingness to submit your life to God. There are more steps on the way but always God waits for your permission before He comes and touches you.
All powers of darkness operate by violence, that can be also in a "soft" form, like temptation, manipulation or mind control. Holy Spirit will come to you and work with you in the relationship of complete freedom. This is a new kind of relationship for a man who is used to be oppressed and dominated by the powers of darkness.
When Holy Spirit comes, He will teach you this new life style in fellowship with Him. He will do this with great patience and surprising accuracy. He will operate with you in love relationship where you learn sensitive obedience and freedom. God never forces His presence upon you. When He sees in your heart desire and readiness , He will give you a new touch of His Glory.
The Holy Spirit comes from the Father through Jesus into your spirit. The Holy Spirit represents the absolute victory of Jesus, the immense love of the Father and the absolute authority and power over the whole creation. The Holy Spirit wants to have your whole life. Then the kingdom of God comes into your life and through you into other people.

There may be demonic traumas in your soul that resist your filling with the Holy Spirit. You can overcome these obstacles through deliverance process, which is described below.
You may have received false teaching about the Holy Spirit and His manifestations. You need to reject all these teachings and open your mind into pure teaching on the Bible.
The Holy Spirit comes when you are in rest and peace before God and men. The Greek word for 'one accord' really means 'with one mind', 'with one accord', 'with one passion'. There was no strife, competition, pressure or manipulation among them. They were sitting in the upper room and had one great passion and love to receive the promise of the Father – baptism in the Holy Spirit and fire.
You need to remove some natural distraction and restlessness of your life. Shut yourself in your chamber, calm your soul and rest in the presence of the Holy Spirit. Every effort to quiet the soul leads to greater peace. Be persistent and patient in your search and the Holy Spirit will lead you into deeper presence of Jesus, liberation and healing.
Holy Spirit come often in a surprising way, which you cannot expect. Do not try to analyze the Spirit and His manifestation. Jesus stretches your mind and thinking and makes you capable to cooperate with Him in your ministry. Bless the Holy Spirit and be thankful of His touch.
In the Holy Spirit there are "fiery tongues or flames". You may not see this fire, but it pierces your life and changes you. He will burn the junk of sin out from your life. When you expect to receive more of the Holy Spirit, you must be ready for the deeper purifying work in you.
When the Holy Spirit comes to you, He will take you over gradually. He will fill you and overwhelm you. When you have unlocked your heart in worship, hunger and thirst, He will come to you in a surprising, overwhelming and irresistible way.
As a sign of the filling with the Holy Spirit the disciples started to speak in heavenly language which was inspired by the Holy Spirit. They did not only speak in the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Jesus released His supernatural realm over them. They were translated in the spiritual realm which is above the natural limitations. People around heard them to speak their own language. Jesus released the apostolic authority to preach good news to all nations.
This phenomenon has occurred in many later revivals. People have received supernatural ability to speak foreign language that they had never studied. Then Jesus has led them in missionary work into countries, where this language is spoken. This may happen to you also!
As a result of the powerful presence of the Holy Spirit the disciples lost their human dignity. They behaved in a way that people around them marveled and were astonished. Some even mocked them. When you are seeking the filling of the Holy Spirit, you must be prepared to lose your human control, pride and dignity. Holy Spirit comes to your spirit and makes your spirit leader in your life. Your soul and body must serve the goals and purposes of the Holy Spirit.
The filling with the Holy Spirit is a continuing process. Speaking with new tongues is only the first visible evidence of the submission to the Holy Spirit. God has many greater gifts and blessings for you. By the Holy Spirit, He will lead you to special ministries. He will fill the desires of your heart with His presence and gifts in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Only the Holy Spirit can give you the qualification and capacity to minister the gospel. All supernatural gifts of God are released by the Holy Spirit. All offices of the Holy Spirit are released by the Spirit. That is the only way, but it is for anyone who is willing to lay down his life before God to be used for His eternal purposes!
The presence of the Holy Spirit prepares you for the life style in heaven and for the meeting with your heavenly Father before His glorious throne. The life in the Spirit on the earth is a glorious foretaste of the heavenly life which is to come for those who are in Jesus Christ.
God's original plan has always been to baptize the mankind in His glory and unite with Him. The Holy Spirit is in the world in order to create a church, where the presence of Jesus is manifested. The Holy Spirit has all love, capacity, power and wisdom of God to bring His reign and complete blessings into your life.
The Holy Spirit will fulfill everything that Jesus has prepared for you. God's love and blessings are poured into you and through you in the anointing of the Holy Spirit. The ministry of the Holy Spirit is to renew, liberate and restore you into a new life, where you are full of God's love, revelation knowledge and faith. In the power of the Holy Spirit, you will be free from sin and healed of all your illnesses. Jesus will send you to proclaim Good News of His salvation and reign to people on this earth.
