Jesus is our perfect example of the leader of the Kingdom of God. Start reading the gospels as they have been written. Think about those situations as you would be there. See that Jesus was just like any human being, except without sin. Think about how you would have managed the situations in the anointing of the Holy Spirit, that is available for you! Do not say that Jesus was an exception. Why, because Jesus said:

There it is! Jesus wants you to do the same works than He did under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Put yourself into those situations and think about what kind of qualification you would need in order to be able to function as Jesus wants you to do. Learn of Him! Seek and you will find, ask and you will be given!

Following actions will help you to merge into Jesus as a leader of the Kingdom of God:

The more you look at Jesus, listen to Him and obey Him, the more you will be changed into His image. The leadership in the Kingdom of God is so much different to the leadership of this world. Let the Holy Spirit change your heart to understand and obey the heart of the Father. As a leader, Jesus must be seen in you, not your natural talents or efforts. But when you are conformed into the image of Jesus, your natural talents and efforts will be anointed and produce great results.

The motivation of any action and leadership in the Kingdom of God is pure, unconditional love. First of all, you are in a position of child of God. God the Father wants you to receive His full love and acceptance. Before you have done anything He is saying to you: "Through My only begotten Son Jesus you are My beloved son/daughter, with you I am well pleased".

You need to operate from the condition of rest, because otherwise you would speak demands, captivity and oppression to the people. Receive the rest from your own works and let the Holy Spirit to inspire you into fruitful actions. You can do this because you are fully forgiven and reconciled. When you have caught this key message, you will be able to communicate the same message to anyone around you. This is your foundation, do not let anyone shake this eternal truth in your heart.

Before you can lead anyone into right direction you have to learn to lead your own life according to the directions of the Word of God and the Holy Spirit. God will test you and as soon as you have passed the test He will promote you! Do not argue with God, yield unto Him patiently. Be faithful in those small things which are in your responsibility right now. Develop your spiritual ears and eyes quickly to discern the voice of God in different situations.

Remember, Jesus lives in you and He is always with you. Obedience to Jesus is the ultimate source of your authority to lead and operate. When people see that you worship God and hear and obey His voice, they will respect your authority. When the demons see that you worship only God and you have no agreement with the darkness, they have to obey when you command them to flee in Jesus's name!

God looks at your heart. Your outward properties or your circumstances are no problem to Him. Jesus can increase any resources in and to you and change any circumstance around you. The obstacles for your ministry are only in your heart. Let the Word of God cut every area in your life and bring new order and purity. Let Jesus take away the stony heart and put in the heart of flesh. Let pride, selfishness, lust, bitterness, jealousy and other evil desires be destroyed in your heart. Let the works of the flesh die so that the fruits of the Spirit can come forth. Let the love of God start motivating all your actions. Reading the Word of God and obeying will open the way to the Holy Spirit to make this happen.

Today's society creates natural and spiritual orphans. Families are broken, education system is broken and ungodly. Demonic traumas affect children even from basic school. Therefore, the Fire of the Holy Spirit will work powerfully in healing of broken hearts. Jesus needs a lot of spiritual fathers and mothers to love, heal and educate orphans into the identity of the son / daughter of God.

Jesus in you is the image of the Father in Heaven. The Holy Spirit takes from the Father and Jesus. You will be transformed in your heart and identity into the image of Jesus. This will be your natural spiritual growth. But remember, as a spiritual leader, you must walk in front of your people. They must see the character of the father in you.

God will communicate you His will concerning your life and ministry. He is the leader of the Universe and He wants you to be a useful servant of His wonderful plan for the mankind. Prepare yourself, He will speak to you. When He speaks to you, increase your efforts in order to take those steps that are needed for the completion of your calling. Learn to wait until you hear from the Lord and learn to move according to His directions! You will hear your call from God and then you will boldly step into the ministry. The anointing of the Holy Spirit will rest upon you. You will be anointed abundantly for any ministry that God wants you to do. Your call is to obey the great commission of Jesus (Matt. 28:18-20).

Your will be transformed into the image of Jesus. The purpose of the Holy Spirit in you is to get this done. When you have assumed your calling as a disciple, Jesus will call and anoint you to call other people into discipleship of Jesus. In this ministry you will represent the "new man" that Jesus has created in you. You are the image of Jesus and witness of His transforming power. The leadership of Jesus must manifest in you in the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

Our goal is to grow into Jesus. The ultimate goal of any ministry of the Kingdom of God must be to lead people to Jesus. You are called to build His Kingdom. Your greatest fruit in the Kingdom of God is the transformation into the image of Jesus. The Holy Spirit will give you increasing revelation about Jesus as the Savior, Healer, Deliverer and Provider. You will have personal experiences about Him. Your new identity, godly character and anointing will convince many people about Jesus.

You certainly understand that baptizing people will not make them disciples. Child baptism does not produce anything, because the baptism must be taken by faith in the operation of God even in the moment of baptism and after that. That is the first step of faith which would lead into deeper filling with the Holy Spirit and Fire. The key is to teach people into the immersion in the Holy Spirit. Then Jesus will operate and fulfill His great commandment in us.

The King of kings and the Lord of lords is the most merciful, loving and patient person in the universe. Under His Lordship, as His steward, you will be changed according to His heart. The Holy Spirit will show God's plans and desires for you. The loving compassion of the Father will take over you. You will live and minister under His Almighty Love. God's love, mercy and grace motivates you.

As a leader of the Kingdom of God you will preach unlimited forgiveness, unlimited healing, unlimited deliverance, supernatural miracles, salvation from impossible situations in pure faith and mercy, for anyone who repents. In order to be able to do that, the stony heart must be removed, your own alabaster flask must be broken and your own narrow mind must be set aside!
